The Montessori Program followed enables students to partake in hands-on activities through multi-sensorial teaching aids, to develop a curious mind, pre- reading/writing and social skills in a caring and protective environment. 

The class teachers are supported by two or three assistant teachers at this stage.

The students also take part in Physical Education including Swimming, ICT, Music, Drama and Art activities. Italian Language and ICT are introduced in the Reception Year.
